The products are made of PTFE inner hoses reinforced by winding of steel wire, which are fit at ends with metal adaptors.

Applications
One-face roughened plate:antiarc materials for DC motor. Activated Plate:laminated with rubber and metal as supporting slipper for bridges and pipes. Also can be used to solve stick-slip in lathe guide.

Applications
The life working temperature of FEP Tubing is -80~+200℃.
SLG-1 Used as pipes and lining of pipes for transportation of corrosive fluids, level gauge, heat exchanger.
SLG-2 Used as cover or insulator for wire, cable and electric device in various frequencies.

Applications

PTFE Diaphragm

PTFE Diaphragm is a kind of opal sheet made from PTFE via pressing, sintering, quenching and hot-working.
The product has an advantage in good chemical resistance, uniform strength and no blowhole. It can stand temperature from -40℃~+100℃ for long time.

PTFE Film  

Features
The products are made from PTFE resin thorugh stock-molding, sintering and skiving. There are three kinds of films according to the post-treatment.
  Non-oriented film is made by skiving of rod.
  Semi-oriented film is made by calendering of non-oriented film under a relatively lower stretch ratio.
  Oriented film is made by calendering of non-oriented film under a relatively higher stretch ratio.
